Target Audience Mood Board Analysis
The
mood board I created for my target audience includes things such as what they
would wear, where they would eat, what car they would own and what they would
do in their day to day life. Due to the target audience of the magazine I’m
going to create being late teens/young adults I included universities as when
carrying out my research on NME and Q 29% of their readers were students,
giving me the idea for my target audience. From researching NME and Q the target
audience for my magazine will be interested in indie/alternative bands such as
Arctic Monkeys, Oasis and many more, they will also have a strong interest in
films and TV programs. The audience I’m targeting are quite young and will
presumably be living at home so I included high end clothing brands as this
generation are commonly associated with the brands included, such as Vivienne
Westwood and Fred Perry. In their spare time they would probably attend
festivals for fun but the ones that are on my mood board are V Festival,
Latitude and T in the Park as these tend to not include main stream bands.
